Spring is in the air! With that comes the most exciting time of year in the Bluegrass, the Kentucky Derby!! Get ready for Lexington’s best Derby week event, the 2010 Kentucky Bluegrass Wine Auction, which will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2010 at Keeneland Race Course. Each year, the event grows more exciting with new exclusive silent and live auction items, as well as an increasing list of participating vintners (2010 Auction Sponsors for a complete list). This year, the event will feature entertainment immediately following the live auction. the Right on Band, which played at the Foundation’s 2008 Lexington Derby Ball, will be joining us again and a special guest appearance by the legendary Steve Cropper! As always, seating is extremely limited!
2010 Kentucky Bluegrass Wine Auction Thursday, April 29, 2010 Historic Keene Barn at Keeneland Race Course 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm – Vintner Pouring and Silent Auction 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm – Dinner and Live Auction 10:00 pm to 1:00 am – Entertainment with the Right on Band Tickets: $600 per couple $300 individual $2400 per table of eight 2010 Kentucky Bluegrass Wine Auction After Party Thursday, April 29, 2010 Historic Keene Barn at Keeneland Race Course 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm – Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres 10:00 pm to 1:00 am – Dancing to the Right on Band Guests 31 years and younger may join the event from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, then enjoy dancing until 1:00 am.
