Grants and Programs

Annually, LCF accepts grant requests through the month of June for each calendar year.  Grant requests are accepted from qualifying cancer organizations, institutions, and facilities.  Requests are reviewed by  LCF then awarded by the end of the calendar year the grants are submitted.  Since its inception, LCF has awarded and pledged over $4 million dollars to numerous cancer organizations.

University of Kentucky Healthcare Markey Cancer Center- Dr. VanNagell – $17,500

St. Joseph Hospital Foundation – $20,000

Tri-County Cancer Coalition, Inc. – $10,000

American Cancer Society Hope Lodge – $100,000
